Manthan is the name of the process (as in an ancient Indian Epic ) in which the oceans were churned to obtain Nectar, and the consumption of this Nectar would provide immortality.

The purpose of life, plainly stated, is achievement of excellence. The Nectar in the story of Manthan is symbolic of excellence. The central message is wherever you are , whatever you are, in whatever you do - strive for excellence.

We decided to use "Manthan" as a metaphor for our march towards excellence. It symbolises our endeavour to manifest immaculate quality in our thoughts and actions. This craving for quintessential perfection seeps down to the basic ethos of the Manthan team. Its manifestation is not in the mere results that we collectively achieve, but in the very means each individual applies to achieve them.

At Manthan, we believe that change is the only stoic element in our voyage. This is reflected in our pursuit of dynamic excellence. When we put ourselves to actions, we not only strive to excel but also strive to better ourselves each time.
